Bhuna Beef Pappar Recipe

Ingredients

Beef (undercut, Cut into small pieces) 1 kg
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander (whole) 1 tsp
Fenugreek (grinded) 1 tsp
Red chilies powder 1/2 tsp
Rice powder 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Ginger (thinly cut) 3
Ginger crushed 3 tsp
Garlic crushed 3 tsp
Dal china (cinnamon) 1 inch piece
Brown vinegar 1/3 cup
Beef yaqni 1/2 cup
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Grind together cumin, coriander, cardamom, fenugreek, red chilies and turmeric.
Heat oil and fry beef in it.
Then take it out in a bowl.
In the same pan add onion, garlic, ginger.
When onion turns brown then add in it beef with masalas from the bowl.
Also add in this vinegar, yaqni, sugar, salt, black pepper and cook with lid covered until beef is tender.
Stir-fry until oil floats on top.
Decorate this with paper and serve with rice.
