Ingredients

Undercut 350 gram
Corn flour 2tsp
Red capsicum 1
Capsicum 1
Pineapple piece 452 gram
Garlic 2 cloves
Egg 2
Spring onion 2
Salt 1tsp
Oil 2tbsp
+ for frying

Ingredients for sauce:-
Vinegar cup
Sugar cup
Tomato cup
Chicken stock 1 cup
Soya sauce 2tbsp
Corn flour 2tbsp
Salt cup

Instructions

Cut undercut into inch thick pieces; apply salt and keep aside.
Heat oil in a fry pan; coat meat coat meat piece first with egg and then corn flour; fry till golden.
De-second and cube capsicums. Cut spring onions lengthwise.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok; fry garlic and onion; add pineapples, springs onion and capsicums.
Mix sugar, tomato ketchup, stock, soya sauce, corn flour and salt in vinegar; put in wok.
Cook for 5 minutes; add meat; mix and dish out
