Chana Dal Paratha Recipe

Ingredients of Chanay Ke Dal Paratha

500 gms flour or Maida
1/2 tsp ground cardamoms
500 gms Chana dal
3 cloves
500 gm Sugar
2 tbsp sesame oil

 

Instructions Cooking Chana Dal Paratha

Sieve the flour, add oil and enough water to make a thick dough. Roll 1 inch sized ball from the dough and keep aside.
Boil the Dall in 2 cups of water until tender.
Drain of the water and the sugar, cardamoms and cloves and stir till a thread-like syrup is formed.
Blend this mixture to paste in a mixture.
Roast on a hot frying pan till crisp and golden brown. Dot with better and serve hot.
