Chicken Peppercorn Masala Recipe

375 gm chicken
1 tbsp crushed black pepper
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp cream
Salt to taste
2 lemonís juice
1/2 tsp red chili powder
Gravy Sauce
3 cloves garlic chopped
2 small onions chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp white pepper
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
1/2 tsp crushed red chili


Marinade the chicken with yoghurt, cream, salt, black pepper, red chili and lemon juice. Combine it well and leave it for half an hour.
Now get a steamer and put 1 jug of water in it. When steam gets ready, put chicken pieces in steamer and steam it for 10-12 minutes.
Now for gravy heat the oil in pan and stir fry the garlic. Add onions and cook it for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. When onion becomes soft then add tomatoes, coriander powder, salt, crushed red chili and tomato ketchup. Mix it all well, then add crushed black pepper and white pepper, stir it continually.
Now add steamed chicken in this gravy, dish out when gravy is coated over chicken. Donít overcook it because chicken is already cooked and soft.
