Ingredients

Preparation

1. paneer Cubes 250gms
2. onion-2 Big Size
3. tomatoes-2 Big Size
4. green Chillies 4-5 In No.
5. ginger Garlic Paste-1 Table Spoon
6. red Chillie Powder-2 Teaspoon
7. corriander Powder-2 Teaspoon
8. termeric Powder-1/4 Teaspoon
9. garam Masala Powder-1/4 Teaspoon
10. salt As Required
11. corriander Leaves-1/2 Small Cup
12. oil-50 Ml

 

Firstly, Heat 2 Tablespoon Of Oil In A Non Stick Pan, Then Add Paneer Cubes N Fry Till It Changes The Clolour To Yellowish, Remove Paneer From Pan And Keep It In A Bowl, Now Add The Remaining Oil Into The Pan And Heat, Add Finely Chopped Onion And Fry Till The Onion Is Slight Brown In Colour, To This Add Chopped Tomatoes, Fry For Few Minutes That Is Around 2-3 Minutes. Next Add Ginger Garlic Paste Saute It N Add Red Chilli Powdar,corriander Powder,termeric Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Salt N Mix Well, Now Add The Fried Paneer Cubes, Slit Green Chillies And Finely Chopped Corriander Leaves, Cook For 5-7 Minutes And Serve With Chappatis Or Kulchas
