Ingredients

Shrimps shelled, cleaned) 400 gms
Butter 4 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Rye paste 1 tbsp
Lime juice 1 tbsp
Peppercorn crushed) 8-10
Fresh coriander leaves chopped) 1/4 cup
Salt to tats

Instructions

Marinate in a bowl shelled, defined and thoroughly cleaned shrimps along with butter, garlic paste, coriander leaves, lime juice, mustard paste and crushed peppercorns.
Heat a kadai and add the marinated shrimps.
Mix thoroughly adding salt.
Cook on slow fire for 10 to 15 minutes till the shrimps are done.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
