Cottage Cheese (cubed) 200 gems
Garlic Paste 2 tbsp

Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp

Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp
Dry Fenugreek 1 tsp
Black pepper (freshly Ground) 1/2 tsp
Dalda Cooking Oil 1/2 cup
Fresh Coriander chopped) 1/2 bunch

In a wok, heat Dalda
Cooking Oil on medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
Add bay leaves and sauté onions till soft.
Add garlic and stir-fry fir a minute.
Then add tomatoes and stir for 2-3 minutes.
Add salt, red chili Powder, cumin and turmeric and mix well.
Cook until the tomatoes are half tender.
Add prawns and mix well.
Cover and cook on medium heat till water in the prawns dries.
Add cottage cheese, green chilies, garam masal ,fenugreek and black pepper.
Simmer in low heat for 5-7 minutes. Garnish and serve hot with naan.
