Spicy Hot Prawns Recipe

Shrimps (super fresh frozen shrimps) 1/4 kg
For marinate:
Corn flour 3 tbsp
Eggs whites 2 only
Maida (mixed in chicken cube) 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1 cup
For Sauce:
Tomato sauce 1/2 cup
Corn flour 3 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Can sugar 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Garlic cloves (chopped) 8
Sesame oil few drops
Salt 1 tsp
Pineapple juice 2 tbsp
Oil 1 cup
For Gravy:
Cauliflower (separate the flowers) 1
Onions chopped 3
Pineapple in cubes 6
Sugar 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
White pepper grounded 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1 cup


Mix in a bowl corn flour, egg whites, Maida, salt and sugar.
Marinate the prawn in that mixture for 1 hour, then deep fry them and keep on any absorbing paper.
To make sauce take a saucepan, put all ingredients of sauce in it and cook, make a thick sauce.
Now heat oil in a saucepan, add vegetables, fry at medium heat, and then add vinegar, Soya sauce, salt, sugar, white pepper and fry.
Remove from heat. Mix shrimps with sauce and gravy and serve hot.
